1) Enrolment and Participation

Students must submit accurate and up-to-date curriculum vitae during registration on our portal.

Enrolment is voluntary and open to students currently pursuing or recently graduated from an earth science-related program.

By enrolling, students agree to receive communications and updates related to job opportunities, internships, fieldwork, and other relevant topics through the designated WhatsApp group.

2) WhatsApp Group Usage

The WhatsApp group is intended for professional purposes only. All communications should remain respectful and relevant to earth science opportunities.

Any form of inappropriate behaviour, spamming, or misuse of the group will result in immediate removal and possible disqualification from future opportunities.

3) Job and Opportunity Updates

Our company will regularly post updates about job openings, internships, and other opportunities in the earth science field. While we strive to provide accurate information, we are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party opportunities.

Students are encouraged to independently verify the details of any job or opportunity shared through the group.

4) Trainee Engagement During Fieldwork

Should we require assistance during our fieldwork, selected students may be engaged as trainees. Selection is based on the specific needs of the project and the suitability of the student’s background and skills.

Engaged trainees will be compensated for their work as per the terms discussed prior to the commencement of the fieldwork. The compensation details, including payment rates and schedules, will be clearly communicated in advance.

The duration and scope of the trainee engagement will be determined by the project requirements and agreed upon by both parties.

5) Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Students engaged as trainees may have access to confidential information and proprietary data. All trainees are required to maintain strict confidentiality and are prohibited from sharing any sensitive information with unauthorized individuals.

Any work or research conducted by trainees during their engagement will be considered the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 6) Liability

The company is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred during fieldwork or any activities related to trainee engagement, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the company.

Students are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all safety guidelines provided during fieldwork.

7) Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment or trainee engagement at any time if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions or if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or unprofessional.

Students may also choose to withdraw from the program at any time by notifying the company in writing.

8) Amendments

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the registered students, and continued participation will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.

By enrolling in our program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional and productive environment for all participants.
